[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a cloud-based or hosted platform to provide student programming including orientation and other first-year experience programming in an accessible, customizable, secure and student friendly manner.
- Ability to select ready-made modules or content by topic, to edit for branding and content including integration of video into existing content as determined by the end user, ability to change fonts, color and banners
- Ability to add additional modules and content, including media
- Ability for students to choose to pick up where they left off
- Some flexibility in pathways based on student choice of order
- Media rich environment that appeals to a variety of learning styles
- Achievement orientation (such as with the use of badging, gamification, virtual learning assistants, etc.)
- For those who start and don’t complete, provide targeted reminders via email and push notifications
- Adaptive response to user devices, including functionality of smartphones and tablets
- No charge for any app, supporting both Android ad iOS systems, that is required for mobile access
- Ability to track student progress and completion
- Allow for integrated assessment of student learning based on outcomes
- Analytics should include: access points, fail out points, time on task, and completion by student and module and topic
- Integration with PeopleSoft for creating users and tracking progress, including SSO and SSL support
- Integration with student engagement enterprise systems preferred
- Data import and export in common formats
- Provides a hosted solution, preferably cloud-based, with tested security for data
- Provides support for student users via live chat, phone and/or other convenient method
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 21, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
