Government Authority located in Nixa, Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for insurance broker services for property casualty and workers compensation.
[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker services for property casualty and workers compensation to the government authority located in Nixa, MO.
- Provide an initial evaluation of the City’s current insurance coverages and make recommendations. The awarded firm shall thereafter perform such evaluation on an annual basis,
- Attend, upon request, meetings with the City or its officials,
- Negotiate on the City’s behalf with insurance carriers,
- Keep the City informed of significant developments in the insurance marketplace or within the City’s claims experience affecting the City’s insurance coverage,
- Represent and assist the City in discussions and transactions with all insurance carriers, provided that the Firm shall not procure any insurance on behalf of the City without prior authorization,
- Follow up with insurance carriers for timely issuance of policies and endorsements and provide coverage delivery binders to the City prior to expiration of current policies,
- Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and conformity to specifications and negotiated coverage,
- Review all correspondence referred to the firm by the City and prepare any requested of correspondence,
- Assist in managing all aspects of the City’s insurance program,
- Analyze proposals in connection with Property & Casualty Insurance (including Worker’s Compensation) and assist in an advisory services capacity,
- Provide Loss Prevention/Safety Consulting services,
- Cooperate fully with the City on any issues regarding claims, coverage or other issues involving the insurance program,
- Assist the City with any claims from insurance companies or third-party administrators,
- Review and recommend modifications to insurance and indemnity clauses of City and vendor contracts,
- Assist the City with the development and implementation of ongoing educational and training programs,
- Assist the City with any cost containment programs,
- Assist the City in establishing and maintaining proper liaisons between the City and insurance companies,
- Evaluate the overall risk management program.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
