[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide printing services for various envelopes on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Jefferson City, MO.
- The contractor shall deliver an estimated two million, five hundred thousand (2,500,000) double window envelopes annually. The state agency estimates, but does not guarantee, each purchase order will be for between five hundred thousand (500,000) envelopes to one million (1,000,000) envelopes.
- The contractor shall print and deliver an estimated one million, five hundred thousand (1,500,000) to two million (2,000,000) DOR-682L Title Envelopes annually. The state agency estimates, but does not guarantee, each order will be for seven hundred and fifty thousand (750,000) envelopes.
- The contractor shall print and deliver an estimated four hundred and fifty thousand (450,000) DOR-3072 Triple Window Certified Envelopes annually. The state agency estimates, but does not guarantee, each purchase order will be for two hundred and forty thousand (240,000) envelopes to four hundred and fifty thousand (450,000) envelopes.
- The contractor shall print and deliver an estimated one million (1,000,000) to one million five hundred thousand (1,500,000) DOR-5013 Refund Envelopes annually. The state agency estimates, but does not guarantee that purchase orders will be for one hundred and twenty-five thousand (125,000) envelopes to five hundred thousand (500,000) envelopes.
- The contractor shall print and deliver an estimated two hundred and forty thousand (240,000) Single Window Envelopes annually. The state agency estimates, but does not guarantee that purchase orders will be for sixty thousand (60,000) to one hundred and twenty thousand (120,000) envelopes.
- The contractor shall print and deliver an estimated three hundred thousand (300,000) Plain Non-Window Envelopes annually. The state agency estimates, but does not guarantee that purchase orders will be for one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) envelopes to three hundred thousand (300,000) envelopes.
