Vendor needs to provide grades K-6 guided reading program to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO.
- Program must have quantified evidence of student achievement in a metropolitan urban setting,
- Agency has a broad client base of districts of various sizes, with different requirements and unique needs,
- Curriculum materials must utilize clearly documented research-based literacy practices of guided reading with a well-known leveling system,
- Program must include reading inventory assessments or be aligned/compatible to Lexile Leveling system,
- Materials should offer assessment opportunities that measure progress (i.e. running records),
- Materials should have multicultural characters and be worth reading and re-reading multiple times,
- Materials should be free from bias in their portrayal of ethnic groups, gender, age, disabilities, cultures, religions, and etcetera,
- Lessons that practice reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills and strategies,
- Questions require careful comprehension of the text before asking for further evaluation or interpretation.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
