Government Authority located in Rolla, Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for stationary battery bank service
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to supply and install two battery banks in the plant’s battery room to the government authority located in Rolla, MO.
- shall consist of interconnected horizontal cell stack assemblies supported by a steel modular frame.
- The battery banks shall be compatible with the existing terminal connections, as shown in Figure 1.
- The battery bank size must fit the existing locations. Existing bank dimensions are: 245 inches in length, 52 inches high, and 27 inches front to back. Maximum dimensions allowable; 292 inches in
Length, 62 inches high, and 34 inches front to back. Bidder shall field verify all dimensions before bidding.
- Existing charging system will be reused.
- Unwire, remove, load and transport for recycling two (2) existing 120-volt dc stationary battery systems. The existing systems are as follows:
- Decommissioned batteries shall be recycled accordance with all state and federal laws. A signed certificate of proper recycling shall be provided to the owner.
- The supplier shall furnish, receive, inspect, unload, install, wire, and test 120- volt dc stationary battery systems as specified above in section 1.0.
- Contractor shall furnish a qualified manufacturer's service technician(s) to provide field inspection and testing. The first bank must pass all tests successfully before work can proceed to the second bank.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2020.
