[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide self-funded health and welfare benefit plan for approximately 385 employees with approximately 100 (+/-) of those having some form of dependent coverage to the government authority located in Kirksville, MO.
- TPA and/or insurance company should offer strong customer service capabilities and prompt claims payment, applicant organizations should also be able to coordinate data with the PPO, stop-loss, and prescription drug service providers.
(2) A notice of Intent to Bid Form Due on July 23, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
