[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide debit card services for released offenders to the government authority located in Jefferson City, MO.
- Software application provided by the contractor to satisfy the requirements identified herein shall be accessible, viewable, and managed from one (1) integrated website provided by the Contractor, the application shall be user friendly and secure for the secure paperless exchange of business information using electronic data interchange (EDI), e-mail, and electronic funds transfer (EFT).
- Software application must operate using the following browsers: Internet Explorer 8 or newer; or Google Chrome; or Microsoft Edge.
- Debit Card Loading/Funds/Transactions/Fees: The contractor shall provide the Department with the ability to view transactions, load, cancel, or change the amount of a debit card, at any time during business hours prior to and following the issuance of the debit card via the contractor’s integrated website, or by telephone via a toll-free number, or by email if the contractor’s website is out of service.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
