[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide loan services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.
- Collecting principal and interest payments.
- Sending monthly invoices to applicants, electronic and paper.
- Maintaining records of payments and balances for each applicant.
- Remitting funds to the city on the 28th day of each month.
- Monitoring and reporting delinquencies to the city on a monthly basis.
- Maintain a paper and searchable PDF electronic file for each payment received for audit requirements and in case of system failure.
- Provide monthly reports, schedules, and documents to support repayments.
- Monitor all outstanding loans to ensure proper billing.
- Develop quality assurance measures and maintain accurate and timely records.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
