Vendor needs to provide event production services to promote international cooperation through job creation, new investment, exchanges, and development in the areas of economics, commerce, education, technology, and culture, and the advancement of international business growth and economic development opportunities.
- A mix of pre-recorded videos and live taping.
- Pre-recorded video messages from local elected officials and civic leaders.
- Pre-recorded 3 minute video highlighting successful St. Louis stories in midst of pandemic, representing our three pillars - people, trade and investment.
- Pre-recorded short videos incorporating footage from our international partners, including 3-4 from our sister cities in Asia, Europe and Latin America highlighting where they are in terms of community and business activity.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
