[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after hours phone services from 5pm-8am on weekdays and 24 X 7 on weekends.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 24, 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 26, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
