[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive development services for the construction of a new justice center encompassing police headquarters, municipal court and municipal jail to the government authority located in Missouri.
- Pre-construction services: The city desires to find a partner to assist at-risk with messaging to property owners to generate support. Direct expenses may be negotiated following selection based on qualifications.
- Design and construction contract: The city will negotiate and execute a design and construction contract with the most qualified team based on the preferred delivery method (construction manager at-risk or design-build).
- (Optional) Financing: The city will work with its financial advisor to determine the best debt financing strategy for the project, which may include a public-private financial partnership with the development team.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2018.
