[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video security consultant services for planning the deployment of a campus video surveillance system.
- The consultant will provide advice to the university providing assistance with logical design, technical specifications and layout as well as advice on how to successfully operate and manage the system once implemented including
- Meet and interview with facilities, planning, and operations staff, public safety staff, and the office of technology staff to discuss current and future needs for the deployment of a campus video surveillance system.
- Conduct an assessment of the campus for design of appropriate use of video surveillance in accordance with university policy including storage requirements and etc. to the government authority located in Warrensburg, MO.
(2) Contract period will be for five years.
