[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sports performance analysis program for various sports programs within the district to the government authority located in Chesterfield, MO.
The District seeks a sports performance analysis software program provider to help analyze game film, self scout, and plan for future opponents. The athletic directors will work with the selected provider to assure design and fulfillment of the software program is appropriate for each school’s needs. A schedule for implementation of the components of the software program will be finalized between the provider and the athletic directors.
- Requirements of the proposed software include:
(1) Must be able to run on Windows 7 and be cloud or web-based.
(2) The vendor must provide technical support. The vendor must provide an 800-number that the end-user can call on an unlimited basis for questions about the software.
(3) Unlimited game video
(4) Team messaging
(5) Stats and reports
(6) Secure video storage
(7) Unlimited user accounts
(8) Create and share highlights
(9) Video exchange with any team
(10) capability for breakdown of game footage
(11) Be able to support numerous sports (Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Field Hockey, and Lacrosse)
(12) In game sideline video for coaches or players
(13) Team and player highlights - made available for college coaches
(14) Scouting and playbook functions
(15) Ability to interface seamlessly with other areas schools and teams’ sports performance analysis program
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
