Government Authority located in St. louis, Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for banking concession services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide banking concession services to the government authority located in St. louis, MO.
- Provide a first-class, full-service banking concession that meets airport user needs and adds value to other airport and airline services,
- Provide suitable value-added services associated with banking including foreign currency exchange,
- provide airport users with access to their accounts via automatic teller machines at locations throughout the airport terminals and on the concourses,
- provide a high level of services at prices that are attractive to airport users and competitive with non-airport branches,
- provide excellent customer service by operating the banking concession with well-trained, efficient, courteous and pleasant staff,
- Provide a banking concession with state-of the art equipment that is reliable, easy to use, well-maintained and visually attractive.
(2) An optional pre-bid conference will be held on May 17, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 31,2019.
(4) The contract term will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
