[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide external communication, web hosting, management, communications strategy, website development, communications, social media and marketing services.
- Website hosting, maintenance and technical services using Drupal content management system include baseline search engine optimization services, domain registration and management, weekly scheduled google analytic reports, timely content updates, development in Drupal 8.0, fully responsive on desktop, mobile and tablet.
- Coordinates the marketing, news and social media for the show-me ECHO program.
- Develops a plan that meets the needs of individual ECHO's, taking opportunities to maximize marketing and media opportunities, attends monthly meetings with MTN/ECHO marketing team to assess current marketing plans and make plans for the future, provides copy for internal marketing placement, marketing duties include writing and editing copy, managing graphic design for printed materials, ordering and delivering printed materials, with the addition of a new group of ECHO sessions, develops a strategic marketing plan that meets the expansion of the program, develop and manage all media planning and buying, with approvals.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 10, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
