[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide streaming and archive video solution for live meeting broadcasts with agenda management, custom view page/portal for live and on-demand viewing, migration of all existing archive media from current provider into new site without any involvement of city staff, ensure timestamps and supporting data is included in data migration, no exposure to outside advertising through player or portal, cloud-based transcoding for mobile devices or equivalent technology included in proposed solution, encoder must provide local back-up of live recorded events in case of upload malfunction to ensure no media can be lost.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 22, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
