[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide event security services for consultation to planning grant workgroup, advice on performance measure metrics and data tracking methodology, edit/update grant application to the government authority located in St. Peters, MO.
- Professionally dressed in clothing marked “security” or similarly worded and marked and easily identifiable clothing
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to answer general event questions from event attendees
- Ability to guide event attendees as to what items are and are not allowed on festival grounds
- Ability to prohibit or grant access to secure areas
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have a designated lead security person to operate as a security manager, operating as a lead position between City event staff and outside security staff
- Must have internal communication system between security staff and security leader
- Safety during the event is a priority
- Maps and other documents that will inform security staff as to which groups have access to
which parking lots, along with parking lot locations, event layout, contact information, and other
key event related information.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than May 15, 2019.
