[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide pension fund actuarial and third-party administrative services.
- Actuary/Consultant Services include attend occasional board of trustee meetings as requested, attend meetings with plan staff of other plan professionals as requested, prepare relative value disclosures, determine QDRO calculations, conduct periodic plan reviews and make recommendations of possible modifications. advise on plan design. issues and calculate the costs or savings of benefit changes, provide timely actuarial factors for the plan, such as, but not limited to, joint and survivor option factors and minimum distribution tables, assist the plan staff with any section 415 limitations, provide any actuarial language required for the plan document or plan amendment, keep the board of trustees and other plan professionals current on emerging legislative and regulatory developments as well as other trends affecting plans that offer a defined benefit pension.
- Third-Party Administrative Services including attend quarterly board of trustee meetings, assist fund professionals in achieving compliance with various laws and regulations, receive and maintain enrollment and beneficiary information, compute and maintain records of vesting and benefit service and breaks in service, administer claims for disability pension, administer retirement benefits, distribute retirement benefits, administer claims for surviving, spouse benefits, monitor disqualifying employment and suspend benefits as necessary, locate missing retired participants/beneficiaries to facilitate payment of benefits, adjudicate first level appeals and/or assist in adjudication of appeals according to the plan, provide a resource to participants and providers conceding the plan's benefits and eligibility issues and assist in preparation of and disseminate required annual fund notices.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
