Government Authority located in St. Louis, Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for day and field trip transportation services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide day and field trip transportation services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.
- The state agency estimates that approximately 15 students may require transportation. Currently one student is disabled and requires wheelchair accessibility,
- The contractor shall agree and understand that specific routes shall be arranged, scheduled by the contractor, and mutually agreed upon by the state agency and the contractor, subject to the conditions listed below,
- The contractor must pick up and deliver students at the student’s home or designated loading points approved by the state agency,
- Organize each route so that no student spends more than one hour and thirty minutes on the bus one way,
- The contractor shall make changes in the routing schedule or pick up of new students, if changes to the routing schedule are necessary, the contractor shall incorporate such changes in a way that students are not on the bus for more than 1 hour and 40 minutes, one way,
- The contractor shall develop, and submit to the state agency for approval, a schedule of student pickups and drop-offs, the contractor shall maintain a consistent schedule of pick-ups and drop-off.
