[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide interior painting service to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO.
- This will be separated into two projects; nonslip aggregate for the shower floors and repainting of the booking area and the cells within the booking area.
-(1) Nonslip Aggregate. There are ninety (90) showers that need approximately a 2ft x 2.5ft area painted with a nonslip aggregate at the opening of the showers. Grinding of the area will need be done before applying the nonslip aggregate. There are twelve (12) showers that need approximately a 2ft x 3.5ft area painted with a nonslip aggregate at the opening of the showers. Grinding of the area will need be done before applying the nonslip aggregate. This will complete phase one of the project.
- (2) Repainting Booking Area and Cells. The booking area at the Cole County Jail needs to be repainted. This includes the walls, doors, and frames of the booking area and the walls, doors, frames, and ceiling of the cells within the booking area. There is a total of 16 cells within the booking area. Two coats of paint need to be applied in the booking area and the cells. Measurements can be determined at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
(2) A mandatory pre bid meeting will be held on September 26, 2019.
