Government Authority located in Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for image printing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide peer-to-peer text messaging platform will be used by the Enrollment Management Department to communicate with prospective and current students. That will provide a solution that meets the following criteria:
1. Use Cloud-based data hosting services.
2. Handle data imports to add or change contact information through SQL Database or csv/excel file
3. Support Active Directory Single Sign On.
4. Allow scheduling permissions for the college administrators to schedule mass text campaigns; i.e. be client- managed.
5. Use of multi administrative levels.
6. Ability to store an unlimited amount of different contact numbers.
7. Ability to set up recurring notifications.
8. Ability to schedule notifications to be sent at a future date and time.
9. Send unlimited text messages to at least 5000 contacts monthly as mass text campaigns. These contacts may be the same or new contacts each month.
10. Support text message attachments in mass text campaigns.
11. Support automatic name inserts for individuals in mass text campaigns.
12. Support opt-in/opt-out options.
13. Support two-way individual texting.
14. Provide corresponding mobile app for managing campaigns on multiple devices.
15. Provide text message analytics and tracking.
16. Provide templates with which to build mass text campaigns.
17. Provide intuitive social media integration.
18. Support exporting features, like exporting data to excel.
19. Provide ability to add or edit recipient and contact information directly within the solution.
20. Support encryption to transmit data across the internet.
21. Key data encryption in the database.
22. Be cost efficient with set rates.
23. Ability for one administrator to send messages on behalf of multiple employees and the responses come back to that staff member.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 13, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
