[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cafeteria plan third party administrator services,
- The purpose of the cafeteria plan is to provide employees a choice between taxable and non-taxable benefits. benefit choices under the cafeteria plan include dependent care assistance and medical care reimbursement flexible spending accounts, in addition to pre-tax premium options for health care insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, intensive care insurance and cancer insurance,
- Provide administrative and claims service for the Section 125 Cafeteria Benefit Plan, which will include, but not be limited to: claims administration, debit cards, reporting, online account inquiry and claims processing, FSA account reconciliation, employee education materials and open enrolment educational meetings, dedicated plan administrator, plan compliance, non-discrimination testing, review and update the current plan document.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2019
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
