[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering reprographic servicesfor reproducing, distributing and delivering hard copies in addition to electronically posting drawings, plans, etc., in a web-based format for on-line accessibility by companies interested in bidding on County projects.
- Digital files shall be supplied by the county on optical media or via e-mail attachment on request, all software necessary to fulfil this contract shall be provided by the contractor at no additional cost to the county, all set-up charges are to be included in the bid, county digital files are currently provided in PDF or TIFF format, contractor shall be required to process other industry standard file formats on request.
- Document scanning and indexing services for scanning resolution at 400 DPI and 300 DPI in PDF and TIFF file format.
- Minimum plan sheet drawing scanner specifications Resolution of a true 400 x 400 dpi, 1:1 accuracy with <.5%, Media types of plain, transparent and coloured paper, film and vellum.
- Minimum 8.5”x11” document scanner specifications All source pages are to be electronically scanned at a true resolution of 300 x 300 dpi, all pages must be scanned devoid of streaks, Media types of plain and coloured paper.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
