[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide lease accounting software solution.
- Provide advanced reporting capabilities to meet new disclosure requirements
- Software solution must be capable of generating monthly journal entries required by generally accepted accounting principles
- Software needs to:
- Effectively track and manage operating and capital leases
- Ability to attach lease documents to enable analysis, review and audit functionality
- Capable of calculating implicit interest rate for leases
- Handle accounting transactions for lessee and lessor activities
- Functionality to allow custom lease fields
- Capability to create and export amortization schedules.
(2) The term of the contract will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
