[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable housing study, report and strategy services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.
- There is a need for an Affordable Housing Report in order to inform the public, elected officials, staff and other federal officials on the production and availability of affordable housing.
- The anticipation is the final product sought by this study will be a report and development of a strategy for the conservation of existing, and the development of more, affordable housing.
- The advisory group will be composed of representatives of local academic institutions, and public and private institution representatives with expertise in the area of affordable housing.
- The strategy and goal of the affordable housing report is to establish a sound, ground based yet broadly encompassing and scholarly vision for the underlying precepts and basis of what shall, in turn, be the final output for the study and report. - The report should incorporate the inclusion of any tax incentives such as tax credits, tax abatement, tax increment financing or tax-exempt bond financing for units produced.
- The final affordable housing report should contain and analysis of area services and their impact, and highlight the trade-offs involved in diversification and successful commercial and residential development.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 31, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
