[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide software platform to utilize institution-wide that will have the ability to support strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, and academic assessment.
- Academic Assessment will provide the ability to accomplish the following straight-forward assessment data collection and analysis of outcomes that engage participants in a meaningful assessment process at the course level, the program level, the general education level, and the institutional level, develop curriculum maps from the collected and analysed outcome data, high level and drill down views of data, longitudinal reporting on outcomes and measures, annual assessment reports that present outcomes, measures, and results in a reflection ready format, data management tools to close the assessment loop.
- Content/Strategic/Project Management and Sharing will address the following: house, in an organized fashion, all strategic planning documents from an overall strategic plan to division and department level specific plans, allow for the customization of fields and content management, allow for management and alignment of performance metrics for all plans to show progress toward goal achievement, provide the ability to search for content via metadata associated with the content, allow content sharing via public links, allow an option for content sharing via user- authenticated or password-protected links, ability to create folders to organize content, allow for mass changes system-wide with branding and identify standard changes as needed.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 23, 2020.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
