[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide verbal interpreting and written translation services
- Provide comprehensive interpreter services, to include services available in person and by phone or video,
- These services shall be provided at the request and available for all service lines, written translation of documents shall also be provided on an as needed basis,
- Interpreting and translation services must be available in, including but not limited to, the following languages:
- Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Bosnian, Cantonese, Dari, Farsi, Hindi, Korean, Kurdish, Mandarin, Nepali, Pashto, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Sign Language, Somali, Sarani, Spanish, Swahili, Urdu, Uzbek, Vietnamese, Wolof,
- In-person or video interpreting:
- Interpreters shall be provided within forty-eight (48) hours or more notice,
- If video interpreting services are used, Proposer must provide guidance about equipment needs, and must provide in-person training to DPH staff about appropriate use of the technology,
- Interpreters shall arrive for appointments on time and adhere to a business casual dress code,
- Phone interpreting:
- Interpreters shall be available on an immediate basis,
- Written translation:
- Written documentation translation services shall be made available on an as needed basis,
- Documents must be translated within twenty-four (24) hours of submission.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite.
