Government Authority located in St. Louis, Missouri; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for vehicle and equipment damage appraisal service.
[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vehicle and equipment damage appraisal service to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.
- The Damage Appraisal Service will be required to provide a separate bid quotation for:
- Light vehicles; i.e., passenger cars, pick-ups and vans,
- Medium size/weight vehicles; i.e., vehicles over 10,000 lb. gross weight,
- Heavy Duty vehicles over 26,000 lb. gross weight and up; i.e., single axle dump trucks,
- Specialty Equipment such as, but not limited to aerial bucket trucks, street sweeper, backhoes, loaders, farm type tractor, utility trailers, etc,
- The selected Damage Appraisal Service must have resources available for handling large numbers of losses resulting from a catastrophic event,
- The selected Damage Appraisal Service must have the ability to produce and send appraisal reports, photos, etc., electronically,
- The selected Damage Appraisal Service will be required to work with the listed contract repair facilities, currently being utilized. Any exception to these shops must be pre-approved by County,
- The Damage Appraisal Service provider will be required to provide the original damage appraisal and photos to the County Risk Management Office and TPA, with copies provided to the County Fleet Manager. In the case of Police vehicles, a copy of the damage appraisal will be provided to the Police Fleet Manager,
- The Damage Appraisal Service will provide the County's contracted repair facility with a copy of the damage appraisal,
- The Damage Appraisal Service will need to confirm and authorize any supplemental work requested by the contracted repair facility.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
